An Exceptional Stay at Premier Inn Watford Croxley Green I had an absolutely delightful stay at the Premier Inn Watford Croxley Green hotel. The ambiance was truly spectacular: clean, calm, and welcoming from the moment I arrived. The service was outstanding, especially from Mr. Faisel Shaikh, who went above and beyond throughout my stay. His kindness, professionalism, and willingness to assist made a huge difference and really elevated my experience. The 4th floor was amazing: quiet, comfortable, and perfectly maintained. I genuinely loved every part of my stay and would highly recommend this hotel to anyone visiting the area. Looking forward to returning!
I booked here as it’s so close to Harry Potter studios 9mins drive- when I arrived the car park was being dug up and it looked like I couldn’t pull in as a digger type truck was in the entrance and the guys didn’t wave me in they just looked at me so I drove round wondering where to go, there was no warning prior to my stay or indication that you can carry on and the contractors should allow you come in the car park and move out your way. Anyway I rang the hotel I’d drove from northwest so three hours drive and wasn’t impressed. A lovely lady on reception directed me and said it’s fine to come round even came out to meet me. So kind polite and helpful. There was work going on inside the hotel which was fine as I didn’t hear anything and it didn’t affect our stay. The room was lovely, clean and tidy just want you want. Cannot fault. I will also mention as I was going up the stairs a staff member was going down think she was going home she offered to help with my case, I was fine but I thought how kind is that. When we came back from the studios tour there was a lovely lady on reception and at the bar, she was lovely too. The next morning lovely guy greeted us for breakfast. Although my stay was one night I get the feeling the staff here will do anything to help and are so approachable nothing is too much trouble I really think the team here need to be recognised and praised. They made the stay perfect. I stayed 18th Feb for one night. Room 209 with my 7 year old son. Cannot recommend enough Thank you
I cannot fault this hotel at all. Its a habit for me to always book with this premier inn whenever Im in Watford. Before anything, the hospitality and kindness of every single person working here is more than ive experienced in any hotel. And ive been to a few! Very down to earth and ready to help. Especially the reception crew. They have just recently now renovated a whole floor of rooms, which are absolutely gorgeous. Very affordable but with such style. The pub/restaurant next door is just a bonus. Great food and people. The hotel itself is hands reach from a massive park and a handful of corner shops and supermarkets. Can't fault it, I will always suggest this hotel to anyone.
This location is a personal favourite of mine and can wholeheartedly say that I have never had a single issue here. As a customer we always want our moneys worth, but the staff and hospitality really does make it great. Many times I have had Faisal especially help me swiftly with no problems onwards. Spectacular service!
I'm torn on this one as the customer service was very friendly and the price was extremely good. I'd probably give It a 7/10. The place needs a bit of capital investment for a refresh. Positives: Clean room and bedding Very friendly customer service The bathroom was nice but could do with a bit better water pressure Extremely good price for the area Lobby area was very modernised and fresh Negatives: TV signal was so bad that the TV didn't work There was no bedside table on the left side so I had to use a chair The paint in the room needs a refresh Flashing lights in the corridors so bulbs need replacing
Great location - far enough out of London to get value for money but close enough to the tube to connect with the city. Rooms are comfortable and are just what you need. Breakfast was included under a special offer!
Stayed at this hotel to visit family who live locally . We stayed in a newly refurbished room and it was very comfortable and nicely decorated. We will definitely be choosing this hotel again for our next visit .
We stay at this hotel twice a year and it’s been overdue a refurbishment of the rooms . They have done an amazing job and the rooms look better than ever , we booked the premier plus room which was perfect . Service as always was amazing especially Jayden .
